Tom Reiser
Chairman/CEO
Tom brings over 33 years of experience to the company. His insurance expertise includes claims, loss prevention and brokerage of a wide assortment of industries…entertainment, heavy industry, banking, energy, and real estate development. He serves as the general partner of Fenchurch Oil and Gas and is a partner in several private E&P ventures. He has served on the boards of several public companies. Currently he is on the board of Allegiance Bank Texas and is an originator of that company.
Tom has a long history of serving the public on the boards of charitable organizations.
He earned a BA in Philosophy from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, where he serves on the board of the Reeves School.
Susan Fontaine
Executive Vice President
Susan Fontaine has been involved in the insurance business for over 20 years. After graduating from the University of Houston with high honors, she began her insurance career as a Broker. She has specialized in the placement of all types of insurance; initially concentrating in coverage for the oil and gas industry and manufacturing risks with heavy Products exposure. For the last 15 years, she has concentrated in the development of insurance programs for the healthcare industry, primarily specialty physicians groups and managed care entities.
Cathy Hucker
Vice President
Cathy began her insurance career with a national firm in 1979 and handled daily work for such firms as Ringling Brothers, Sysco, and Gerald D. Hines Interests. With Upstream Insurance Brokers or it's predecessor company since its beginning, she handles accounts ranging from large retail concerns to major marine exposures. She has experience working with domestic and London markets, including claims handling. Cathy enjoys working with people and is conscientious about the quality of service her accounts deserve.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has completed the requirements for the ACSR designation.
Rosemary Gonzales
Vice President
Rosemary began her insurance career with a large National Broker in 1976. She has specialized in the placement of insurance programs for middle-market and large commercial accounts from the marketing process to client service, initially concentrating on the oil and gas industry. For the last eight years, she has concentrated in the development of insurance for the healthcare industry, primarily specialty physicians groups and managed care entities. She prides herself in getting the job done and looking out for the best interest of her clients.
Camille Reiser
Operations Manager
The majority of Camille's career has been focused in the energy industry. With more than 25 years of experience, she has worked in both human resources and administrative management. Camille is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
